Yields 1

Ingredients
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
1 small egg
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa
⅛ tsp baking powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C / 360 °F.
Butter and flour ramekin and set aside.
In a medium size bowl cream butter and sugar until soft.
Add your egg and whisk until lightly fluffy.
Melt chocolate chips slowly on a double boiler (alternatively use a microwave). Let cool a bit and mix with other wet ingredients.
Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder in your bowl, mix with a rubber spatula until smooth.
Spoon batter into ramekin and bake for 18 minutes.

> 18 minutes for this?
> Like how the recipe is for one serving. Great for some indulgent time.
> But 1 egg for 1 person?

Hmm will share findings.
